Online Chat is also now available for individuals experiencing a gambling problem or for anyone impacted by by another’s gambling problem. Chat is another way for problem gamblers or others affected by the gambler’s problem to access help and find resources to cope with the gambling problem. It is an alternative to the Helpline for those who may initially feel uncomfortable talking on the phone with someone.
